Decks must contain a minimum of 40 cards, and you may add as many basic lands as you'd like whether or not you opened them.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis event uses a Swiss pairings format with no top cut. The number of rounds is determined by attendance. After deck construction, players will be randomly paired for the first round of Swiss play.
