Shipping & Returns Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.


Shipping Rates & Carriers

We offer shipping through multiple carriers to provide the best balance of cost and delivery speed. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package size and weight

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected shipping method

Available carriers may include, but are not limited to:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Carrier availability and delivery times may vary depending on location and service selected.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear once the package has been scanned by the carrier.


Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are carrier estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other factors outside of our control.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping charges to reship.


Returns & Exchanges

Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible products within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unopened

  • The item is unused

  • The item is in original packaging and in resalable condition

Opened, used, or damaged items are not eligible for return.


Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item or damaged in transit).


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
