Comic Subscription/Special Order Terms of Service

Manage Comic Subscriptions: 

By starting an online subscription through Manage Comics with Four Horsemen you are agreeing to our terms of service as detailed below. A subscription account will allow you to set up recurring subscriptions to specific titles, and to pre-order items from our pre-order catalogue. Comics can not be ordered after the "Final Order Cut Off" (or FOC) from our distributor, if you sign up for a comic, check to see if you will get the next issue, or a future issue. This is viewable from the “My Subscriptions” portion of your Manage Comics account.

New Subscriptions:

On boarding a new subscription typically takes 21 to 30 days (per typical publisher FOC Final Order Cut-off dates). Your subscription will start with the next orderable issue, which is not always the next issue slated to be released to shelves.  

Comics Release Every Wednesday:

Register for a subscription and we will pull it on its release date and hold it for you behind the counter. There is no additional cost for this service. You will receive an electronic invoice the Wednesday that your comic arrives, notifying you that you may pick the comic up.  

Pickup Of Pulled Comics: 

Once you receive the invoice for your comics, you may pay online or pay in store for your order. If you pay online you will additionally have the option to convert the order from pick-up to delivery. We will hold your comics for up to sixty (60) calendar days. If no payment is received within this period, your account will be suspended and subscriptions canceled with no additional pulls, and reshelved.  

Subscription books are considered final sales. We place orders for and pay for this stock based on your request for the book. Our expectation is for you to honor your commitment to us, as we honor our commitment to you.

Away from town, or on vacation? Pay for your books through the invoice and we’ll gladly hold them for later pickup.

Extenuating circumstances, or other issues? Let us know. We’ll be glad to work with you, but can’t if we don’t know what’s going on.

We reserve the right to alter or end our subscription service (pull & hold) at any time for any reason. We reserve the right to limit orders and adjust prices as necessary. We are not responsible for vendor allocations, shortages, damages, shipment dates, or price changes.
