By placing a Pre-Order you agree that you have read and understood the following:

1. Pre-Orders are subject to allocation by the distributor, while we will do our best to fulfill every Pre-Order if we receive less product than anticipated we will cancel Pre-Orders based on the total inventory.
2. If allocations occur, we will fulfill Pre-Orders in the order in which they were received. Pre-Orders that are not fulfilled will be emailed to confirm if the person who placed the order would prefer a refund or for us to hold their Pre-Order until additional stock becomes available.  There is no guarantee what pricing will be on the product after Pre-Orders are fulfilled. 
3. Pre-Orders will CLOSE on 4/26/2023. We will not release any more product until our Pre-Orders have been fulfilled.
